This project is located on the 10th floor of the New Media Building at People's Daily. The space design is unique and reflects the concept of "omnimedia." Higher lighting design requirements are necessary to ensure that the space is well-lit, with a focus on improving horizontal illumination and strict control of vertical illumination to prevent light from spreading on the screens.

The core command area of the project was a priority in the lighting design, with a stretch fabric ceiling illuminated by higher lumen output to emphasize its importance and uniqueness. The rest of the office areas are lit by strip lights, creating visual hierarchy and highlighting functional differences.

In the coffee area, we added a dramatic lighting layer to complement the functional illumination. In the meditation area, the entire space is illuminated indirectly, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. To minimize glare and control the light beam of each fixture, we incorporated various accessories and studied lighting angles.

There is a combination of time clock and intelligent lighting control system, which can automatically adjust color intensities and temperatures to match different times of the day. This creates a custom office environment with lighting scenes.
